Electric drives

Purpose:

RemTEK is used to control valves with translational motion at oil and gas industry facilities in explosive zones of classes 1 and 2 according to GOST R 60079 (in explosive zones of all classes), in which the formation of steam and gas-air explosive mixtures of categories IIA and IIB groups T1, T2 is possible, T3, T4 according to GOST R IEC 60079-20-1 classification.

RemTEK is used in ESD systems, safety circuits (SIL2) to control shut-off shut-off or control pipeline valves.

Functions:

  • Built-in electronic limit and torque switches
  • Built-in frequency converter for motion control
  • Reliable mechanical transmissions
  • Function for bringing to a safe position;
  • Analog and discrete control;
  • Control and configuration via interface;
  • Intelligent monitoring and protection system;
  • Volatile electronic position sensor;
  • Configuration without opening the shell;
  • No mechanical contacts

Features and benefits:

  • possibility of position adjustment at low speed and quick cut-off on a safety signal;
  • compact size and monoblock design of the electric motor and electronic control unit;
  • energy efficiency thanks to built-in frequency converter;
  • highly reliable cycloidal gears and gears with intermediate rolling elements, ball screws;
  • high reliability and fault tolerance;
  • self-diagnosis, built-in archiving of emergency events
  • versions with a safe state function (NO/NC) with built-in energy storage on supercapacitors;
  • supply voltage: 230V or 400V;
  • partial stroke test (PST-test);
  • functional safety SIL2.
