Batching Lines and Units

Batching lines by SME Tomsk Electronic Company are aimed for weighing, batching of bulk and liquid materials as per preset recipe (provision of proper quantity ratio of various materials in charge mixture). Quantative ratio of materials depends on the quality of initial materials and requirements to the final product.

There are the following types of lines: 

Intermittent Batching Lines

This set of equipment includes intermittent batchers and it is aimed for multi-component batching of bulk and liquid materials as per preset mixture (quantative proportion of various materials in charge mixture ) and preset accuracy into process units.

To operate under conditions of external disturbances (poor convergence, chocking up, changes in density, wide material fractions etc) one is to able to change and regulate the capacity of all batchers involved into supply; this function can be performed when automatic adaptive algorithm is used to support the ratio of materials during batching (ASAD).

ASAD control system for intermittent batching provides supervision over deviation in material ratio in the current batch and performs the adaptive correction of material batching in the next portion considering charge mixture distribution in storage bins of metallurgical plants in compliance with preset parameters.

ASAD algorithm implements an adaptive function for materials supply basing on their density, as well as correction of basic materials supply depending on the content of the main component.

Batching of the charge mixture provides stability and proper quality of the final product including homogeneity.

 

Continuous Batching Lines

This set of equipment includes continuous batchers and is aimed for continuous batching of bulk materials as per preset mixture (quantative proportion of various materials in charge mixture ) and preset accuracy into process units.

To operate under conditions of external disturbances (poor convergence, chocking up, changes in density, wide material fractions etc) one is to able to change and regulate the capacity of all batchers involved into supply; this function can be performed when automatic adaptive algorithm is used to support the ratio of materials during batching (ASAD).

The system provides batching and supply of charge materials as per preset proportion and time interval into storage bins of metallurgical plants (it is the charge mixture not only the separate components - pure ore or pure reducing agent).

ASAD control system for continuous batching adjusts proportion of components in the continuous flow with the accuracy of component proportion at the rate of 1%.

ASAD algorithm implements an adaptive function for materials supply basing on their density, as well as correction of basic materials supply depending on the content of the main component.

Batching of the charge mixture provides stability and proper quality of the final product including homogeneity.

     

Batching Lines of Combined Action

They combine both intermittent batching lines and continuous batching lines. This set of equipment includes intermittent and continuous batchers and it is aimed for batching of bulk materials as per preset mixture (quantative proportion of various materials in charge mixture ) and preset accuracy into process units.
