Dump Truck Onboard Equipment

The equipment components and instruments are defined and approved by the Customer during the system designing.

The basic set of the dump truck onboard equipment includes items of the serial production of the Company:

• Onboard Navigation Controller, collects, processes and transfer data to the database
• Input / Output Unit, performs primary collection and signal conversion
• Aerial Assembly, providing data transfer and receipt
• Driver Card for process data reading and recording
• Installation accessories

Additionally the dump truck onboard equipment can include instruments by some other manufacturers, recommended and adapted by SME TEC to be used in the traffic control systems.

• Receipt of location coordinates and rate of a dump truck
• Estimation of downtime period for a dump truck during a shift giving detailed reasons for it
• Estimation of mileage for a shift with load and with no load
• Calculation of worked hours
• Registration of received fuel
• Estimation of fuel quantity in the dump truck tank
• Registration of unauthorized fuel discharge
• Registration and alarming in case of unloading in the unauthorized location
