Automated Information Systems of Routine Metering for Fluid, Gaseous and Bulk Materials and Power Resources

Purpose

Automated information systems of routine metering for various flows and power resources are aimed for metering of incoming materials and shipped final products in order to estimate balance and production efficiency at metallurgical, petrochemical, oil refinery and other branches of industry.

Types of media to be metered: Liquid, gaseous, bulk materials and well as packed and palletized products and power resources.

  • Monitoring of incoming, consumed, shipped and stored media and power resources
  • Estimation of balances as per type of raw material/product
  • Document turnover automation
  • Transfer of data to other company management levels
  • Storing data in server databases
  • Reliable data exchange with servers of other systems  

Components

Automated information system of material and power resources metering consists of the following: 

  • Process part consisting of pipelines, tanks, conveyors, bins, batchers etc as well as instruments
  • Hardware and software, including data processing system, power supply system, operator's automated workstation, database servers etc.
