RemTEK-03 Electric Drive
|
Explosion-proof multiturn RemTEK-03 electric drives with electronic torque and position limitation are aimed to regulate pipeline valves and fittings with diameter from 100 to 1200 mm, in explosion hazardous areas of class 1 and 2 as per GOST P 51330.9-99 in severe operating conditions with the extended ambient temperature ranges (from minus 60 to plus 50 °С).

Application - Shut-off and control valves, stop valves (wedge valves, sliding shutter etc), including emergency shutdown system (ESD).

There are three basic modifications of Rem-TEK-03 electric drive being manufactured as per ways of control and power supply:
|
- on the basis of BUR control module (S type) with in-built noncontact reversing-type starter and smooth start function
- on the basis of BUR control module (M type) with external reversing-type starter and smooth start function
- on the basis of BUR control module (R type) with external reversing-type starter and smooth start function

- RemTEK-03 electric drive includes BUR control module with SCR's control for electric motor smooth start and dynamic braking with setting up torque limitation in three zones: start, moving and stopping
- Torque measuring and limiting with the help of in-built algorithms as per measured electric motor parameters
- Setting up ESD and fire systems trip points
- Auxiliary output terminal for electric drive external testing or emergency change-over to the desired position (ESD system, fire system)
