ROBOTIC COMPLEXES AND PROCESS LINES

One of the traditional, most promising and fast developing profiles of SME Tomsk Electronic Company is development and implementation of robotic lines for metallurgical and machine building companies to fulfill the following operations:

  • Finishing operations for steel making production, such as cutting, transportation, marking, cleaning and quality control for blank parts

SME Tomsk Electronic Company offers a full range of services in assessment, designing, manufacturing, supply and commissioning of the conveying equipment, selection, supply and integration of the major process equipment, integrated production automation, inclusive metal tracking.

Within this field of activity SME Tomsk Electronic Company cooperates with the largest Russian metallurgical companies and international engineering companies and manufacturers such as OAO NTMK, OAO NKMK, OAO ChMW, Andritz MAERZ GmbH, Wheelabrator Group, Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Research, NPO INTROTEST, OAO NII LKM with OMZ Victoria.

 

Developing in this direction Tomsk Electronic Company has achieved the following:

  • Operating as General Contractor  the Company designed, manufactured, supplied and commissioned  the final inspection line for railroad wheels within the second stage of upgrading of Wheels and Tires Shop, OAO NTMK.
  • Operating as Special Partner of Andritz MAERZ GmbH, the Company designed, manufactured, supplied, assembled (inclusive the equipment by Andritz MAERZ GmbH) and commissioned the robotic conveyor line for the wheels and tires thermal processing shop of WTS, OAO NTMK.
  • The Company developed and manufactured the equipment for robotic conveying lines, such as manipulators, conveying lines and other components within transportation systems. Components of such international companies as GÜDEL,  SEW EURODRIVE, SIEMENS have been used for manipulators and conveying systems.  
  • Jointly with the partners   process units and shops for surface treatment and non-destructive quality control of the products were developed, manufactured and installed.
  • The Company developed the technology and manufactured a trial sample for differential treatment of long items up to 100 m (including rails).
  • The Company designed and installed  automatic systems for metal tracking , including inventory control.
