SME Tomsk Electronic Company provides integrated services in designing, manufacturing, supply, assembly and commissioning, metrological assurance, guarantee and post guarantee service for integrated metering systems of crude and commercial oil, natural and associated gas, water as well as various flows and power resources. 

In order to manufacture integrated metering and recording systems the Company has all necessary resources, including design and development divisions, electronic production, automatic SMC assembly line, mechanical shops, certified welding production, assembly shops, certified laboratory for non-destructive inspection, metrological service, quality control department, commissioning and maintenance service. Rights of SME Tomsk Electronic Company to fulfill the above mentioned work are confirmed by the relevant licenses. Research and production facilities of the Company allow performing the main scope of work without involving any subcontractors.

Our Company has its own production of the most of metering and recording equipment, such as prefabricated buildings, process pipelines, cabinet equipment, computing units of MicroTEK  type, air contamination systems based on GSM gas detectors, explosion proof electric drives of RemTEK electric drives, operator's automated desk Wizard and packaged electrics BUZ and NKU. This enables us to supply integrated metering and recording systems on the turn key basis providing the best option of quality, price and terms combination.

The Company offers its services in manufacturing integrated metering and recording systems not only for Russia, but aboard as well. They are aimed for automated recording of crude and commercial oil and oil products by volume-weight or weight dynamic techniques.

They are aimed for automated metering of natural and associated gas when it's being stored, transported, processed as well as for estimating and recording operations.

Water Metering Skids (UUV)

They are aimed for metering water injected into a well located in the oilfield in order to maintain pressure, and used for some other purpose.
